Mediation is Conflict Resolution Without Litigation

South Eastern Mediation and Arbitration, Inc., doing business as SEMA, is a full service Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) center with a panel of arbitrators and mediators who are former judges, experienced attorneys and former probation officers.

SEMA, as a full service ADR center, provides Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation services to individuals, families, groups, and businesses involved in disputes without the trauma of more traditional avenues of conflict resolution.  With the cost of litigation on the rise, the overcrowded court system and the ever present stress and anguish associated with legal actions of any nature, the mediation center offers a more efficient, cost effective, and less stressful manner of resolving legal issues.

Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration have proven successful in resolving disputes involving Divorce, Elder Affairs, Wills and Trusts, Contracts and many other subjects.  Eash of these processes may be used to resolve an entire case or a single matter.

Dedicated to Alternative Dispute Resolution

ADR is a discreet, convenient, cost effective procedure recognized as an efficient and effective way to resolve legal and family disputes with or without an attorney.

Attorney Russell N. Wilkins is the founder and director of SEMA.  He is a former litigator with 40 years of trial experience in civil and domestic matters.  He redirected his legal career in order to provide a less stressful, more efficient and less costly process to resolve disputes than the traditional law suit procedures.

The Mediators and Arbitrators of SEMA will travel to a facility near you if coming to Hyannis is not an option.  SEMA services Cape Cod, the Islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard as well as Bristol and Plymouth counties.
