Description of Arbitration
Arbitration is a cost efficient and confidential process in which the arbitrator determines the outcome of the legal dispute.
In arbitration, the parties present evidence which supports their position in the legal dispute. The neutral arbitrator makes the decision based upon the evidence, and that decision is binding on all parties. You have the benefit of panel members who are former judges and experienced attorneys with years of expertise in handling and resolving a wide variety of legal issues.
